Mobile detailing has real-world limits: weather, access, vehicle condition, and permanent damage all matter. The guarantee covers the work we confirmed with you before the appointment.

What's covered

  • Missed areas that were included in the confirmed package scope.
  • Interior touch-ups for panels, mats, glass, vents, cupholders, and reachable trim we agreed to clean.
  • Exterior wash and protect misses such as obvious soap residue, untreated wheels, or glass streaking.
  • Clear communication gaps where the agreed package scope was not delivered.

What's not

  • Paint correction, multi-stage polishing, ceramic coating, or paint protection film because Detail Pals does not offer them.
  • Permanent stains, dye transfer, burns, torn fabric, cracked leather, failing clear coat, rust, body damage, or pre-existing damage.
  • Results that require unavailable access, unsafe weather, a restricted parkade, or services declined during confirmation.
  • New dirt, weather, spills, pet hair, or road film added after the appointment is complete.
