Are prices final when I submit a request?
Prices are starting prices for sedans in average condition. The final quote is confirmed after vehicle size, condition, pet hair, stains, access, parking setup, service location, and any travel fee are reviewed.
Do you offer ceramic coating or PPF?
No. This first service menu focuses on mobile detailing, interior cleaning, exterior wash/protection, wax/sealant, and paint enhancement.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Calgary and nearby city requests are welcome. A $10 travel fee applies when the service location is more than 30 km from Calgary, and a $20 travel fee applies when it is more than 50 km.
What happens if the weather changes?
For mobile appointments, we review the setup before arrival and reschedule when weather, parking, lighting, water access, or safety would affect the quality of the detail.
Do you need power or water?
Setup needs depend on the package and location. The booking form collects your address, parking access, and notes so Detail Pals can confirm what is required before arrival.
